The planting of grasses, native trees & shrubs have encouraged insects & birds to the garden, whilst linking the garden to its local landscape. Spring bulbs & seasonal herbaceous plants such as Digitalis, Geranium, Echinacea & Helleborous add colour & interest all through the year.

The concept of this design was based on attracting more wildlife to the garden. A large natural pond can be enjoyed all through the year from several seating areas, one of these being a 'winterhouse' where heating & electricity have been installed to allow my clients to watch the wildlife even in the depths of winter.
